Former Judge Mark Ciavarella, Jr. says the payments were legit FINDERS FEES!!!! So, Judges get finders fees from the "prisions" to send people there: WTF? GET REAL former judge man, your going down, all the others are testifying against him!
WHAT ABOUT THE SSD PAYMENTS FROM DISABLIED PARENTS TO BCCYS AND BCCYS GETS FEDREAL FUNDING ON THE SAME CHILD FOR KINSHIP FOSTER CARE......THIS IS CALLED DOUBLE DIPPING.......STOP THIS MONIES GOING TO CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES..
