Entitlement Benefits And The 6th Commandment

Millions of American Christians either work for wages and have the social security employment tax withheld from their paychecks – matched by their participating employer – or work for themselves and pay the self-employment tax, all of the above believing that these withholdings and payments are required by law. They also (mistakenly) believe that these monies are sequestered in a secure "Social Security Trust Fund" ready to support them when they retire and begin drawing monthly benefits.
Nothing could be further from the truth. No individual’s monies are set aside for future payments to that same individual. Entitlement benefits received this month are paid with tax monies withheld from total strangers working last month, last week, perhaps even yesterday given today's rapid electronic transmission of withholdings and benefits payments. However, withholding is required by law only within the four island possessions listed in 26 USC § 3121(e), not within the 50 States of the Union, and then only of those who have applied for and been assigned a Social Security Number. However, there is no legal requirement to apply (see 42 USC § 405(c)(2)(b)(i)(II).
Americans are being deceived as to the truth behind this intergenerational wealth transfer scheme by a humanist government that could run Public Service Announcements (PSAs) on television tonight explaining the truth in vivid detail, but chooses not to. This is fraudulent concealment – it is also, fraudulent representation.
Fraud, as defined in Black's Law Dictionary, Revised 4th Edition: “A false representation of a matter of fact, whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of that which should have been disclosed...”
Fraudulent Concealment, as defined ibid: “The hiding or suppression of a material fact or circumstance which the party is legally or morally bound to disclose.”
Fraudulent Representation, also as defined ibid: “A false statement as to material fact, made with intent that another rely thereon, which is believe by other party and on which he relies and by which he is induced to act and does act to his injury, and statement is fraudulent if speaker knows statement to be false or if it is made with utter disregard of its truth and falsity.”
From God’s Law as set forth in The Holy Bible, 6th Commandment: "Thou shalt not steal." But what is it to steal?
"Steal", as defined in Black's Law Dictionary, Revised 4th Edition: "...the felonious taking and carrying away of the personal property of another...without right and without leave or consent of owner...the criminal taking of personal property either by larceny, embezzlement, or false pretenses."
"Steal", as defined in Webster's New 20th Century Dictionary, Unabridged, Second Edition: "To take or appropriate without permission, dishonestly or unlawfully, especially in a secret or surreptitious manner."
From the Fifth Amendment of The Constitution for the United States of America "...nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation."
The grim, plain truth is that millions of Americans, including Christian Americans who enjoy the receipt of Social Security and other entitlement benefits, are unwittingly stealing from their brothers and sisters in clear, undeniable violation of the 6th Commandment. They live in opposition to God's law, yet, although “ignorance of the law is no excuse”, perhaps they are nonetheless to be forgiven in that their moral defense lies in their ignorance???
Are you currently receiving Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid or unemployment benefits; food stamps; agricultural or housing subsidies; a small business or college loan; free milk or cheese, etc.?
All such funds are transfer payments extracted from the employment taxes of other Americans, a direct transfer of personal property via the government middleman from one private pocket to another – perhaps to yours. In large part, the victims remain ignorant of this socialist wealth redistribution scheme which stands repugnant to the intent of the Framers of the Constitution.
But you, Dear Christian Reader, you can no longer claim ignorance. Now you know.
