Dear Sir:
The attached is a proposed Constitutional Amendment dealing with Military Regulation Title 4 USC Section 3. Gold Fringed Flags are under military regulation and represent Marshal Law and military courts.
Please read this letter to the Joint Chief’s of Staff 21 September 2010. Any court whereby a Gold Fringed Flag is flown is a Marshal Law Court and a fraud to all who enter.
Judges are bonding cases thus conflict of interest. Judges are traded on Dunn and Bradstreet as private Corporations: All Courts are Incorporations: Private Courts. Check Administrative Procedures Act. Trading with Enemy Act: Reformation Act: All acts of Treason and all in violation of Oath and Bond. Trial Lawyers, Inc., traded on D&B is a registered Communist Organization.
All are BAR card holders and Oath is to the Bar not the client. IE: misrepresentation. The Universal Commercial Code is a Fraud against humanity. Forces all to a commerce venue for the profit of a few.
Fraud in the inducement: Courts force use of Zone Improvement Plan:
Fraudulent use of Zone Improvement Plan ( ZIP Code): Use of a ZIP Code address is tantamount to the admission of being a "citizen of the United States" who does not necessarily have the protections of the first eight Amendments to the Constitution (in the Bill of Rights) when proceeded against by Federal or State authority -- Maxwell v. Dow, 176 U.S. 581, 20 S.Ct. 448 (1900), but, "All the provisions of the constitution look to an indestructible union of indestructible states", Texas v. White, 7 Wall. 700; U.S. v. Cathcart, 25 F.Case No. 14,756; In re Charge to Grand Jury, 30 F. Case No. 18,273 (65 C.J. Section 2) -- not known to be overturned. The Zip Code is Fraud in the Inducement since it only applies to the Federal Zone: U. S. Citizens and not the union States (50): American Citizens: See U. S. v. Beavans 1918 US 336. Both this court and all courts are guilty of fraudulent use of this ZIP Code IE: Mail Fraud against the plaintiff(s) in this matter.
Now add Breach of Treaties: 4300 Treaties and 3,000 Turtle Island Citizens: Nations: and the Common Law of Turtle Island is now in effect: British Law is no longer in effect. The British Crown has never paid forward on any Treaty Agreement: Nor has the UNITED STATES nor the Vatican.
It was fraud in the inducement when the Federal Reserve Act was enacted because all Treaties with the Original People on Turtle Island were payable in Gold and Silver and the Treaties have never been renegotiated stating otherwise. There are hundreds of trillions in Gold and Silver now due and payable to the Original People.

Winona Palmiotti is a native American (original people blood line) and fall under Treaty Agreements. This court has no Jurisdiction to deal with Treaties nor Common Law of the Great Turtle Island.
Child Protective Service is out of Business on the Great Turtle Island as are the Courts of the corporate fiction: UNITED STATES. This court would be well advised to drop this matter and return the child/children to its mother as the women are the highest order on Turtle Island.
